Dear readers,

A person is defined by the actions they perform. We act so we live. humans are made up of passion, emotions, feelings and consciousness. Motivation is the action of inspiration and self aspiration and positivity that help us prosper and be passionate towards our mission. Motivation is our dedication towards our mission, it helps us to achieve our goals. But lack of motivation leads to depression and anxiety. We always require to be motivated, motivation is as important as hydration if comparison be made. To be motivated we need to be lively, packed with energy and always keep a smile on our faces. These 3 golden rules help us beat depression and stay motivated. Dedication, passion and perseverance are 3 pillars of this philosophy. You should always be organised and planned to stay motivated. And when life does not go with plan and not hand in hand we tend to be sad but there is always a reason for a cause, be determined and persevered, beleive in yourself.

Swami ji says, “Anything that makes you weak physically, intellectually and spiritually, reject as poison.”
